Paccheri noodles (think: mini-manicotti)

stuffed with ricotta and spinach, topped with Trader Joe's Tuscan
Marinara from a can. Wow, the TJ's sauce was fantastic!
http://oi51.tinypic.com/15nvq1j.jpg I didn't need to fiddle around
with it but I did anyway. Served with a mixed green salad
http://www.ebfarm.com/Products/Ingredients/FreshHerb.aspx that was
dressed with balsamic vinaigrette.

Dessert was a Nigella Lawson recipe.

It was supposed to be more like pudding underneath that cracked top;
but if nobody knew it was overcooked - they would have thought it was
a fantastic brownie pudding cake. http://oi53.tinypic.com/2hq87zt.jpg
