Pac-Man the movie?

just surfing the web last night, and reading about a Pac Man movie, WTF? how can this be a movie?

only thing I can think of is a militray base (to try and replicate the grid) is flooded with dangerous alien partilces of some kind, and the military build a robotic Pac Man like thing, to clear it all up, only when they start 4 aliens appear to try and stop it.

obviously the Pac Man robot, has to be controlled by somebody.

anyone got any better theories?

Not sure I could better that. I do hope Ms Pacman makes an appearance though. She had a cute bow.

I would save Miss Pac Man for the sequel, or possibly Pac Man vs Aliens (ala Alien vs Predator)

Just checked on imdb and it looks like it's going to be an animation.

No news on the story yet, but I wouldn't want to see a yellow ball moving around for an hour eating marshmallows

Sorry but it doesn't say, there are no details yet. Just that if it is produced it will be out in 2007, and has been placed in the animation section.

Kinda liked the fan trailer, though. Hilarious, in a "they just, knowingly, proved how poor a concept this is for a film" kinda way.
