We are in Phila Pa, my ex just exhausted his 99 weeks and refuses to get a job. We have an 11yr old child that I support and provide medical for. He filed to have his child support suspended, but he use to make $65000.00 a year, is not disabled and is only 35. Can he get his child support suspended complety just because he has no income coming in? He just does not want to get a job.
