I have a gym membership now and I pay $25/month. I just registered for a marathon in October and with summer coming I will probably never use my gym membership in the summer. I like to be outside, plus, I get bored in the gym. I run outside regularly and obviously I will be more now for my marathon training so that will also take away from using my gym membership. I am looking into P90X and I think I'd much rather get that than pay for the gym membership. I can do it at home so i will use it more and it would be equivalent to about 3 months payments of a gym membership. Those of you with gym memberships or P90X what are your thoughts on this? What seems to work better for you?
