Hi, I'm currently in college and I'm thinking about doing P90X in the summer.I'm 18 years old. 134 pounds and i plan on getting ripped and bulking up a bit. like most guy i can see my 4 upper abs a bit but its covered in fat. but its not not like i have a HUGE gut or anything lol. Anyways I know that you need dumbbells and resistance bands and stuff..but I have a total gym at home and I was wondering for the exercises that require the dumbbells and bands, can I just use the total gym?
