P.E GCSE Controlled Assessment, help?

I soon have a P.E GCSE Controlled Assessment and i am total confused by it.

I am not aloud to take any outside information into the assessment and i am not aloud to use anything but Microsoft word once on the computer.

I'm just wondering if anyone knows a website that can help? Or even better someone that has done this assessment/ an assessment like it that could help me. Any help will be appreciated!
