I want to open my own pet grooming business but I don't know were to start. do i have to go to college to be a pet groomer and go to college for business also? i read somewhere that i don't have to have a licenses to be a pet groomer but i do have to have a licenses to own a business.Also would it be best to do it at my house or to rent a building? i would like to rent a building and have my business their but i don't know how much everything will cost.Would i be able to take out a loan?
