FREE...don't get much of that from Ducati or dealers...

Brent had all the answers, he is gooooood...

I dropped my bike off, now they have Sunday drop off for service...Had some redbulls...Got to ask tech Qs about my bike...very good day @ the dealer...

My wife was running late to pick me up, Sean, the GM stayed opened till my wife got there around 4:20pm...

Thanx guys...

Next week on the 18th, MotoGP, 3:00pm...see you guys @ Ducati Newport Beach...picking up my bike...getting a slipper clutch put in...
 
I really appreciate the extra steps DNB has taken to make the shop more of an experience than just a place to buy/repair your Duc. Thanks for sharing your experience!
 
Bought my Streetfighter there.
The race day last Sunday was great Mike and his wife were taking care of us in the chairs like we were in their home.
Even if they weren't the closest Ducati dealer I would go out of my way to shop there.
