Overflow Boiling on Toyota Camry?

I have a 1993 Toyota Camry (LXE V6) that is having issues. When I start the car the coolant overflow starts to boil after about 7-10min. When I feel the radiator cap while running it is not hot at all. I just replaced the thermostat and I cannot see any leaks. Fan works good and I do not see any white smoke out the tail pipe. Any ideas?
