Over heating 2000 Dodge Neon?

Make sure there is enough liquid in the reservoir leading to the radiator. If you are constantly adding water or antifreeze, you might have a leak. Make sure the fan under the hood runs when the car gets hot. Otherwise, see if you can rewire the fan to turn on when you turn on the ignition.
There are so many possibilities as to what your real cause of the overheating could be it would almost be a waste of your time to speculate. At least without alot more input describing your situation.

Neons are notorious for head gaskets leaking. I'd get it to a shop and have it checked by a professional.
