I got pulled over five month's ago and got a "failure to control speed" ticket during which the officer had his back turned, heard my tires screech while turning I was not going fast and the officer had someone pulled over. On the ticket there were lines through everything so its my word against his but anyway. He then turned around and got hostile with me telling me to turn off my car and yelling at me. I pled not guilty was told I would recieve a court summons, and did not recieve it. Now five month's later after several check-ins to see if I would have a warrant I find out today I have one when not 2 weeks ago I did not have one. My question is if I go to the court tommorow with intent to see the judge will I be put in jail or how does that work? Can someone please give me some insight. Thank you.
