Hi everyone, here's a question that's been bothering me for the longest time that not even searching for it online has even answered it yet. Question is: What paint or other methods do well with creating lines for an outdoor hockey rink? Here's my story. I have taken a few courses with the ORFA including the ice painting course, I have worked with an outdoor rink for many many seasons and we've experimented with different ways to paint the ice. All have failed us. This year we're trying to go all out and make some headlines so to speak, at least with in our community. We'll be using packed snow for our 'white' ice(guaranteed to be environmentally friendly) but what about the reds, blues and crease blue colours? Any thoughts or ideas on how to make these lines appear on our surface with out damaging the grass beneath, the environment and the users clothing/health?
