I work for a small apt complex and every other weekend we get together for a meal which is held in the yard... There are a lot of overweight unhealthy ppl and the whole get together is to bring some fitness to these people who otherwise wouldn't get out of their apartment. We play a lot of dominoes, card cards, we tried kick ball which resulted in a 911 call from someone passing out! We tried horseshoes, and vollyball. What are some other games that ppl who are not fit can play -- keep in mind this group of people range from 30s - 40s so a rather younge group of people
