Outdoor games for 4 year old birthday party?

The party will be at a playground and the guests will range in age from 10 to 2 (this includes cousins and a younger brother). The older kids are used to being around and playing with younger kids, so I think it'll be okay to play together. What kinds of games would be fun for everyone?
 
Relay races
potatoe sack races
capture the flag

Scavenger hunt

tug of war

pick a partner and tie legs together and race other people

toss back and forth water balloon and each time they step back and go further and further if it pops they lose whoever is the last with there balloons wins

get a big bag and put yourself in it and hop to the finish line i forgot the name
