Outdoor bicycle security. Is there a lockable wall mounted solution to this?

I want to keep two bikes in my yard but the yard leads into an alleyway and therefore obviously security of the bikes is a huge issue, should my upstairs neighbour ever leave the yard gate open.

I'm therefore looking for some sort of wall mounted solution, something that would involve drilling into brickwork and possibly cementing in a suitable bracket etc. Maybe the bikes could then be hung on the bracket and the bracket closed/locked with maybe a massive solid padlock.

It's really the frames that need to be locked up (can remove the wheels easily) and really do not want any solutions involving a chain/cable etc as these can easily be cut through with a bolt cutter etc.

Any ideas what I could use and where to buy it from?

Cheers!

Just go to a hardware store and ask for help. A work of caution though: leaving your bike outside all the time will kill it. You can expect all steel components to rust, the tires to dry-rot and all the grease in your hubs to be flushed out. I've even seen a frame destroyed from rain water that got inside and froze, expanding the tube until it cracked. At work, we call leaving your bike outside "bicycle abuse".
