out of this world feeling? please help

ok so i have this wierd thng that happens to me when i eat wheat or dairy i am unsure if what is the cause. what happens is when i eat sometime i get this feeling like im in the ocean kind of and my vision gets blurry and some times turns black and and cant move but i can hear everything around me. ocasionlly my face will turn red while it happens but not always. the whole episode only lasts about 5 to 10 seconds. the worst it ever happened i was in a car and i went unconsious and kinda heeled over. i am extremely scared but can not figure out what is wrong with me. please if anybody has an idea what this could be pleasae let me know.

This sounds like it may be an allergy and you really should go get tested for food allergies as soon as you can. In the meantime, please stay away from those foods, or any others that may contain the ingredients that bring on the symptoms.
