i would personally take the storm. it all depends on what u like tho. def dont get the dare. as for the touch it does have an actual qwerty keyboard which many people prefer versus the touch screen qwerty's. the tour is more like regular blackberry's which i am not a fan of. with the storm actually being compared to the iphone, i think that would be the best choice.
