So, I'm having to write & present a rhetorical speech on a topic that's in the current news today - on tv, in the newspaper, on the internet, anywhere - and it's due around tuesday or thursday. (It doesn't have to be persuasive, but it could be.)
I need a topic.
Please help me think of something; and please don't say the US election, of why we should elect so and so or why sarah palin shouldn't be in office etc etc because there are WAY too many people doing that. I want to do something interesting that other people haven't thought of much.
I'm thinking of doing the difference in the canadian and american election and why we should pay more attention to our OWN election coming up (I'm canadian)... But I don't know where I could find much research or anything to back that up.
Any ideas, yahoo?
