I am a permanent resident of PA, but I'm attending college in TX. Furthermore, I'm looking to move to TX when I graduate in Dec 2011.
I want to buy a used car at school (TX), but don't know how to handle my PA license/TX registration. Since I want to live in the area when I graduate, can I use a campus address as my new permanent address and change my license to TX, as well as titles, etc, or am I stuck with PA titling?
Any help on how to buy a car in TX while being a legal resident of PA (but staying in TX) is appreciated. Thanks!
