B BONEZ New member Jun 19, 2011 #1 i have a 1998 30 hp outbroad motor that runs awhile then locks up but let it sit 3 or 4 mins and it cranks and goes again can ne one help with this quesition does not have oil injection on it mix in tank

T Tim C New member Jun 21, 2011 #2 If it really locks up check that it is getting oil. Oil injection sometimes fails.
