The radio announcers get a new envelope with a new 4-digit number for every caller, and every caller supplies a bill from their own wallet. The idea is to match the first 4 digits of the $1 bill with the random number in the envelope. Statistically, what are the chances that these will ever match? One person matched the first, second, and fourth digits and missed the third digit. Seems to me the odds of this ever matching rank right up there with being struck by a meteor and lightning and winning the lottery at the exact same moment!!
