Our family friend, my Mom, and a few of their mutual friends went out to dinner last night. Apparently, our family friend (Lisa-38) was saying my Mom should kick me out to teach me a lesson. She said I'm going down a bad path and I'll end up on drugs, become an alcoholic and get knocked up. I'm a good kid. I'm 17 and have had a lot of stress, so I basically dropped out of school. Other than that, I don't sleep around or do drugs. She thinks that it'll only get worse and I'll start making bad decisions. I'm seriously pissed that she said that stuff about me. I used to call her "Mom" and we were close, so I feel hurt she said all that stuff. I don't know what to do. I'm tired of my Mom's friends trashing on me behind my back. My Mom ended up crying and leaving when Lisa said this. My Mom's friends are nice to my face and then say crap when I'm not there, they have also said stuff and made my Mom cry. What should I do? Thank you.
