Our Dodge pulls to right when braking. Have replaced calipers, pads, lines, bled

system any ideas? We have replaced lines to front left and right, calipers, pads, bled the system, and it still pulls hard to the right when braking. We know it is slightly out of alignment but don't think it should be this bad. The pads seem to not fully release on the right side when the pedal is released. They are heating up while driving. With the wheel off the right turns about 1/4 to 1/2 turn when spun. The left side is working normally. We have considered the proportioning valve, master cylinder and vaccuum motor but just can't understand how one of these failing would just affect the right side.

1999 Dodge Ram 2500 with ABS in back and standard front brakes. It is 2-wheel drive.

switch tires? alignment maybe or replace proportioning valve

proportioning valve control flow pressure that one needs at wheel if one gets more than another that would do it but first id check alignment and or switch tires proportioning valve hardy ever goes bad and alignment you on is off and that along wil make a car pull when braking and a tire will as well id have that check before adding parts

Check air pressure in the tires, make sure the calipers move freely and are not sticking, reread the instructions that came with the calipers about re-centering the proportioning valve.
