...deals by fake customers..? our business sets appointments for subcontractors and we are experiencing constant calls from people that book fake appointments, harassing rude calls, its daily! we know its a one of our competitors, they call other people and leave messages for them to call us under false pretenses, we get calls for appointments that turn out to be fake or bogus. this costly in terms of time and resources. This person has history of stalking etc. he owns a business that is my direct competition, he cannot handle that we happen to work hard and are very successful than his company and therefore he has resorted to doing anything short of burning our building down. this person has people call us daily to engage in phone harrassment tactics, they set fake appts etc, and they tie up our phone lines etc. ive really had it with this person, ive thought of hurting him as it has too stop. any suggestions? i think he uses a spoof account to harass us as well ie. fake phone numbers.
