I have cleared my i95c and I wanted to know if it was possible for me to reactivate it myself? One person told me it would have to be ota'd before reactivation and I have come to find out that this means over the air transmission or message. So is it any way I could send one of those to myself?

No, it isnt possible. To have the phone reactivated, You must call or go into a Sprint/Nextel store.

Most dealers will not activate your i95, as that phone is non compliant. The i95 is not GPS compliant for e911 purposes.
