The safest option would be to prepare everything the day before. Cook
the mince mixture and put it all in the fridge overnight. 2 hours before
your guests arrive, get it all out, place into dishes and cook on low,
turning up the heat half an hour before they arrive to brown the top and
serve fresh out of the oven.
