I recently took my iMac G5 into the apple store because the hard drive was not working. The person at the apple store that we talked to told us to get a new hard drive and install it in the iMac ourselves, and we did, he told us we need to format the hard drive. How do you do that? when we turn on the mac we get the flashing question mark. we tried putting the system restore cd in it and holding down c but that did not work, is there something were missing???
