I have multiple spine issues including torn discs, osteochondrosis, arthritis, slight scoliosis and multiple disc bulges and herniations. I had a fusion at T12-L1-L2 two years ago. I am only 41 years old and have always been athletic and fit.
My physiatrist is sending me to a new spine surgeon to get a new consult. Based on my latest MRI with the onset of the chronic, active osteochondrosis, she believes I may have Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome. What is the osteochondrosis all about and does it have anything to do with the ERAB?
What can I expect with ERAB treatment and prognosis? I have been in intense pain for over three years and take multiple meRAB.
