OS5 update error -3295

trying to update to OS5 and every time it says there was a problem downloading the software and the network connection timed out. the error nuraber given on the downloaRAB page is 3259. I've tried restarting the computer multiple times, also tried rebooting the phone... nothing works. suggestions?

I had the same problem. Tried it for so many times, and it keeps giving me the same error - Network connection timed out 3295. Finally, what I did was disabled my security protection, then tried to update it again. It took about less than 30 minutes to update and back-up everything, but it was successfully upgraded. See if that works with you as well.
 
Under Start, Control Panel or Program, look for your Security Protection ( for ex. Mcafee, Kaspersky or Norton) and disable it. Make sure to close your internet explorer as well.
