The approval seems to be the percentage of those taking the survey who said they liked or enjoyed a manga listed on it. so One Piece is really far and away getting support from all sectors.
Cool to see Bloody Monday on the list. I began reading it a few months ago, but stopped once the live-action series started so I didn't spoil myself for events in the drama. The show is pretty good though, You can tell their whole terrorism division is pretty much based on CTU from 24. Their headquarters looks almost identical.
