Hi everyone

Ive got a lump (!) of lamb shoulder (boned and rolled 900g) which Ive defrosted. Ive got friends coming round later and its a bit of a treat as organic its not so cheap!

Every recipe these days seems to be for slow roasting. I make a lot of stew and slow cook loads of cheaper cuts of meat but Im sure not everything has to be slow cooked!

Does anyone have any ideas or will you all be of the opinion that slow roasting is always the way to go?

Thanks all!
