im 16 and going to buy a car in California when i go to visit my family. i was wondering if i had to go to the dmv there or just tell the person i buy it from to sign it off. i also wanted to know what do i show to a cop if he pulls me over besides the title and my Oregon license? how would i get insurance when i have the car in California?
