I'm about to order a pair of glasses online (I just started wearing glasses this year), but I'm not sure about the prescription. The website asks for the sphere specifications which I know and don't have a problem with (OD: +0.75/OS: +1.25). However, it also asks for cylinder specs but the prescription has "sph" written under the "cylinder" column. Also, where it asks for PD numbers, I have "PD: 60.5" written on the front of the prescription, but on the back they wrote "Mono PD 29.5/30"
