I topped up my phone on thursday 11th June and now saturday 13th June i still haven't received my 300 free texts. I am on the pay as you go Dolphin 15 package, and every time i top up i should receive my 300 free texts, and this time i topped up with £10 and yet i still haven't got them. I usually receive a text confirming that i have had a top up and i should get my texts soon but this hasn't happened. please reply with an answer to my problem, because whilst waiting for my free texts i have almost gone through £6 out of my £10 top up!!
