Optimus v (virgin) or ascend (cricket)

Im leaving boost because i want to better choice of phones. Optimus V with virgin vs. the ascend with cricket. which phone and which company is better /
 
I have personally never heard of cricket as a carrier. I have heard of virgin but keep in mind that both companies have very limited coverage.

If you want a better choice of phones, why not go with a bigger network like Verizon or AT&T? (AT&T's network is fine as long as you don't live in a densely urban city). Hope this helps!
 
False. While Cricket's network is quite small--not even available at all in my area--Virgin Mobile is Sprint sans roaming. Its coverage is exactly the same as Boost's.

I personally love my Optimus V. It tends to be reviewed better than the Huawei Ascend, although I haven't tried the Ascend personally. I do highly recommend Virgin Mobile. Customer service is hit-and-miss, but other than that, I have no complaints--and you literally cannot beat the price for a smartphone plan.
