okay, so i know the opposite of the defendant is the PLAINTIFF,
This question is for the federal case of United States vs. Dennis Cyrus Jr...
so is United States even a plaintiff???

i wasn't sure how to word the title of the question b/c i had no idea what this person is called
so the case was in the San Francisco Federal Building if that changes anything....
