opinions on national anthem and pledge?

OK i am a 14 year old well educated student. I am in alternative education because it was mistaken that i sold drugs in school,anyway to the point the social worker has been writing me up for not standing for the pledge and the national anthem. I don't agree with it,the principal has given me 3 suspensions for this,and has about 150 write-ups for it, I think that the fact that i have to do this just because some ignorant prick one day said "hm lets make it a district policy that students have to stand and recite the pledge and national anthem" just because he thought it was a good idea. The pledge has the words "under god" ,and i am anti religious,and i do not pledge alligance to my country and the people who have fought for us, as i am a pacifist. BUT the reasons why i don't do this doesnt matter when it comes to school staff, they don't need to know my reasons,i have gone through this with my old school, and we have found that it is illegal to make a student feel uncomfortable in their educational environment and affect their education by making them feel uncomfortable.
