I'm 17 years old, 5"8ft and 127lbs (58kg) - wanting to lose 5-6kgs during the 7 week school summer holidays, or just drop a dress size or two and ultimatley go down a bra size from a 10d to a 10c - i am a dress size 2-4, i have low body fat because i work out alot, i was hoping to maybe lose some muscle if i can. Here is my diet/ fitness plan - seeking tips, opinions, comments... and estimates on how long it will take me to acomplish my goal following this plan roughly... cheers 
Breakfast:
hot water w/ lemon juice
250g goats milk yogurt w/ almonds
Lunch:
Salad - tuna or skinless chicken breast, lettuce, avocado, sprouts, sweet potato, sunflower seeds, lime juice, chilli, cucumber, mushrooms (brown)
OR
steamed asian green vegtables w/ lentils or mung beans
Snacks:
apple
frozen berries
miso soup
antiox dark chocolate (sugar-free) or lindt 85% dark chocolate
smoothie - greek yogurt, light milk, fruit, mint
Dinner:
sml. serve of whatever my parents make for dinner (usually just meat with salad or something)
Drinks:
green tea (decaff)
diet coke (decaff)
2L water
fitness -
3-4 swim squad sessions per week (usually in the morning before breakfast - i am a swimmer) - 1.5hrs each session, roughly 4-5km per session
1 run/ powerwalk per week - 6km
3hrs of kickboxing fitness and muay thai training per week

ow, I do have a few concerns with cravings for sugar (used to be a sugar addict, kind of managed to overcome this by myself over the past few years) - i dont need to worry about fried foods or baked things or any of that - havent had anything of the sort in over 3 years! woo! - dont really crave it anymore, just chocolate is my weakness
- any tips on overcoming cravings? - much appreciated
