Opinion on choosing between dirt bikes?

have been racing for many years and i race harescrambles. Some what fast and some very rocky and muddy. I actually race the netra series and am on my way to a championship. Im 14 years old and 5'5. Im trying to decide on a yamaha yz 125 or a KTM 125, 144, or a 200. Im just trying to find the right bike. Im not looking for a motocross bike im looking for something that runs like the ktm 250. I am coming for a ktm so im favoring them bike im looking for reliabilty everything. Please only answer this if you really know what your talking about. Thank you
