opinion on a love poem?

i just wrote this poem about a guy i once dated on and off in 2008. when i moved we lost touch and when i saw him again my heart started to race as we were talking all the feeling came back.he has a gf of one year now which makes it harder to take in. well tell me what you think of this poem thankss 
my heart is broken,
not able to breathe.
everytime i see you,
my heart skips a beat.
i know im not yours,
and i stand no chance.
tho i need you to understand,
i loved you once,and now again.
wishing every night,
praying every day.
dreaming of your eyes,
now your gone into a fade.
i need you now,
as i did before.
can you take me back,
oh baby once more. </3
