Opinion/Input on Yearbook cover I designed. ?

I am in charge of designing my school's yearbook, and in the link below is my design for the cover. Now I did this over the summer, but when I went to school they said the theme this year is 'ONE'. So I did not like the idea they came up with for the cover, so I want to know if there is anyway where I can incorporate the word ONE and a one way road sign in this cover; and also your opinion on the cover:

See if you can get a better picture of St. Joan that doesn't make her look deformed! Her arms, in that picture, appear too short for her body, her face is swollen, and that wasp-waist armor is ridiculous. You know that the trial against her was partly because she was wearing men's clothing?
