Opera Mini

Need some assistance. I have an 8100 and I am with T-MO. When I try to install opera it says "Failed to connect to the internet" But my internet is working fine. Could some one assist?

Did you set your APN to wap.voicestream.com? Its on the phone under Options/Advance Options/TCP

OK that screen was empty so I filled it in. I did a batt pull and tried again with no luck. Should I try an older version?

When I first started using opera on my first install I didn't have the wap.voicestream.com in TCP but once I added it it worked.

If you have put in the wap address in TCP, just delete Opera (options > advanced > applictations > scroll over opera > menu > delete > restart/battery pull) and then try installing it again.

Hope that works. Its a handy app in certain situations, but a pain because you can't copy/paste and saving images is a HUGE hassle...
