My family and I want to start a business we are at the very very early stages of putting together the money but honestly we have no idea of the 1st step. I have been appointed to start getting the blue print together so any help would be useful. I understand we will need licenses but from who or where? I know we will need a PLACE of business. I knew we will need state approved testing machines but no idea from where. Is there certifications needed? We are in Houston Texas. Just trying YA as a longshot. Maybe someone from here can be helpful.
