I want to open up a small business, and I have a few questions. I want this to just be a local business, nothing big. I'm planning to register a domain name to make a website for it. I want to know about registering the business, etc. Lets say I do go ahead and decide to start it, what do I need to do? Also, am I going to be taxed? What if no one uses my services or buys my products: Am I going to still be taxed? If no one buys or uses my services can I still have the name of the business and logo trademarked/registered?
