Open tray in Philips Benq, how can I fix this? Tried cleaning the eye.?

I've practically spent the last six hour tinkering around with this thing and am now getting sick of it. Any ideas on how I can get it to read? It's an '08 Philips Benq disc drive. Cleaned the eye with alcohol, adjust the POT, and nothing seems to work. Lemme know as soon as possible please.
