You can go to an Apple Store and buy Office:Mac 2008 for $ or you can go to OpenOffice.org and download Open Office for free.
It's a full line office suite that is compatible with Microsoft Office, both for Mac and PC's alike. Even those poor PC owners can download it and use for free. Hey, what a concept!
