Ontario University Application Question. Help?

I applied to U of T, McMaster, Waterloo, Western, and others. But I attended school in the United STates during my grade 11 year. I moved to Canada in the past summer. Is this going to have any effect?

I completed my 40 hours.

This semester my average was around a 90%
