I went and i bought a motorcycle in Montreal and brought it to Ontario. The bike was involed in a minor fall and the plastics were changed on it and it went throught federal inspecition and it was all good(In Quebec). But in ontario they want to brand it as Irrepairable( For a motorcycle if there is damage on the frame or the frame has been welded, this is ontario's Definition) where i can't ride the motorcycle on ontario roads.( Because of some branding law) Does anyone know if there is away i can rebrand the bike to none or how i can ride the bike in Ontario. The Bike is in perfect Condition.
The frame has no problems is just Quebec Rebuitl and Ontarios Rebuit have different meanings.
Actually they had changed the law in ontario on june 14,2007 that any bike outside the province with the brand rebuilt or salavage would be put right away as irrpairable. Which is stupid because they allow cars to go through inspection and they won't allow bikes.
