Only the right speakers work on my philips home surround sound?

When on aux 1 only the right speakers work and when on aux 2 only the left speakers work during tv watching, all speakers work fine during dvd or radio playing. What do i have to do for all speakers to work for the TV? It used to work and then just went out, so i know it is hooked up correctly. Please help. Thank you. oh the model # is HTS3565D/37 if this helps
