only getting 22 mpg with my honda civic!?

its a 1993 honda civic ex and im only getting like 22 mpg i changed the spark plugs and it seems like the 3rd cylinder isn't getting anything because it runs the exact same when i take out the spark plug wire and i changed the injector on the cylinder what do you think it is the distributor? of what
also if it is something else if i should change the wires what wires and parts
 
my 92 dx has only been getting just over 25, it used to get high 30's low 40's...if u have changed driving habits, this may be the cause, also like the person b4 me said, change your wires...if this doesnt solve the problem, take it to a honda mechanic and have them look at it
